In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "h55com" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at h55com.com, including all associated software, interfaces, and game content made available to registered Players.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who has successfully completed the h55com account registration process and whose account has been verified in accordance with the Platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player on h55com, through which all gaming activities, financial transactions, and Platform interactions are conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial sources, held within the Account wallet and available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives granted by h55com, which are subject to separate Bonus Terms and Conditions as published on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and verification, undertaken to confirm a Player's age, identity, and source of funds where required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to and use of the h55com Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable local law.

Access to and use of the h55com Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from h55com or had an account closed by the Platform for a violation of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false registration details is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses may be incurred.

h55com permits one Account per Player. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their h55com login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. h55com strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication via their Account security settings.

You agree to notify h55com support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. h55com will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

Players must keep their registered contact details current. An out-of-date email address or mobile number on file may prevent h55com from delivering security alerts or completing identity verification when required.

h55com accepts deposits from Pakistani players via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20). Deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except where USDT is selected. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. h55com does not impose deposit transaction fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. h55com does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your Account wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but typically complete within 30 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal conditions.
• h55com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at its reasonable discretion as part of ongoing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations.
• Deposits made to h55com accounts are intended for real-money gaming and are not held as a banking deposit or investment. No interest accrues on Account balances.

h55com maintains Player funds in accounts segregated from the Platform's operational capital, ensuring that Player balances remain available for withdrawal independent of the Platform's financial position.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering obligations.

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player has completed the required KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address.
• h55com targets a standard withdrawal processing time of 24–72 hours from the point of request approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus Balance is not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from the wagering of Bonus Balance, once applicable wagering requirements are fully met, may be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn subject to applicable maximum cashout limits stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• h55com reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, collusion, or a material breach of these Terms is suspected. The Player will be notified of any such delay.

h55com offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions offered on the h55com Platform are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts constitute fraud and will result in account closure.
• h55com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to a Player's account will not be retroactively cancelled without reasonable cause.
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Balance in all wagering activity unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• h55com may, at its sole discretion, exclude any Player or category of Player from participating in a specific promotion, or cap the maximum bonus amount offered to any individual Player.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on h55com are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or refund.

All random number generation (RNG) systems underpinning h55com casino games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. h55com does not and will not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the published mathematical house edge.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — h55com will endeavour to replay or reconstruct the affected round using system logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the h55com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player environment.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws or financial crime regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided. Players are obligated to report such errors to h55com support immediately upon discovery.
• Registering an Account on behalf of a third party or allowing another individual to access and play on your Account.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — defined as systematic exploitation of promotional offers through patterns of wagering that h55com determines, in its reasonable judgement, are designed to circumvent the spirit of the bonus terms.

h55com is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Player community. Gambling at h55com is intended to be an entertaining activity conducted within financial and time boundaries that the Player themselves has set. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Account settings panel without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible losses over a defined period.
• Reality Check: Display elapsed session time at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed.

A Player may close their h55com Account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email to the Platform's support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.

h55com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargebacks or payment dispute filed against h55com by the Player that is determined to be unwarranted.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.

Where an Account is closed by h55com due to a breach, any Bonus Balance held in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; balances generated through fraudulent activity will not be returned.

All content on the h55com Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trade marks, logos, and audio-visual material — is the proprietary property of h55com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the h55com Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any Platform content. Unauthorised use of h55com intellectual property is prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h55com's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h55com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether foreseeable or not, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. h55com makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

h55com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, h55com will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Continued use of the h55com Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the h55com Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h55com holds its gaming licence. The applicable jurisdiction is stated in h55com's licensing documentation, a copy of which is available upon written request to the Platform's support team.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact h55com's customer support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. h55com will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution service designated by h55com's licensing authority.
